"On no Soul does Allah Place a burden Greater than it Can Bear, it Gets every Good that it Earns, and it Suffers every ill that it Earns"
- Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat 286
- Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat 286
Life without challenges. What would life be like if there is no single challenge come upon?. Everyone of us dreams to live life happily with a big smile graven on our faces without any problems bugging our ongoing journey to the transcendental life. Not even an ant crawling on our palms but to relish every second without tribulation.
Songs booming with the striking beats overheard all over the places prompting oneself to dance like forever. Fathers go to the office, doing their jobs as the sole breadwinner and mothers back at home settling the laundries and prepare the foods for the family while children running here and there, do whatever they want with an anticipation that everything will be just fine. Regardless of whatever activities that their children are doing, nothing would be much harmful. Big cars parked in front of their bungalows and mansions built well and intact. Climate goes as desired and that is how it goes routinely and accordingly. That is how it is said as the ebullient of life.
Pause and reflect. Does everything that has aforementioned really define a happy life?. If one Muslim deeply believes in Allah why would Allah created this world but far above the skies there are Jannah for those who believe?. Life without challenges, are we sure that life is truly convenient if it is be like that. Imagine, your faith is not tested, your credibility is left unmeasured and your intellectuality remains useless as there is no difficulty that is to be resolved. Do you think it will be upgraded just like that as you wish and you grow matured for nothing. If that is how you define happiness of life, then you really need to go and get a life.
Brothers and Sisters in Islam. Allah has created you not to put force on you to stomp you down to the centre of the earth and let you suffer. Nor Allah places you in a predicament to left you insulted and dejected. None of your hateful assumptions about Allah's objectives is matched but He is to prove His magnificent love towards you.
"How does that make sense while we keep on annoyed with this disarray of life?."
Mercy of Allah is not how do we think it is and it is not equitable with humans' mercy as Allah is the Most Powerful Lord, from whom the divine truth descended upon this universe. Let's illustrate our best how Allah 's mercy is like.
There is a mother and a child occupying the kitchen. At first the mother has warned the baby to not get close to the gasoline by the non verbal communication. As expected, the baby ignores and heading to the gasoline. The mother runs immediately to the baby and carry him to the safety place. But the baby rebels and crawls toward the gasoline, and the mother gets him again and that is how it goes until the baby is successfully put to sleep. That is how the mother shows her mercy. But Allah's mercy is totally different. The mother should have patted the baby to give him a lesson to not go near the gasoline any more as it is dangerous and harmful.
It applies the same to our life where difficulties exist therein. Whenever we get knocked down, that does not mean that Allah has ceased His mercy upon you, but He is paving more ways for you to nurture yourself better and to seek for His forgiveness for Allah loves you unconditionally. Remember, Allah would not test you without a solution.

Allah yubarrik fikum.
