Sambal Ayam Morocco

Assalamu'alaykum,

Life is just too short and time that we spend for being afraid of trying something legally new can never be regained. Alhamdulillah my first attempt to cook Sambal Ayam-Malay cuisine- went all well and spicy. I never thought that I could actually fry the chopped chicken meats quite impressively and manage to prepare for the gravy. The best thing is, it was done in Morocco, a thousand miles away from Malaysia. Subhan Allah. Allah is indeed the Best Planner.

Wa'alaykumussalam. Actually Ukht, it was not Moroccan at all and the reason it's named like that because I cooked it in Morocco. By the way, I did use loads of spices and added generously tablespoon of tomato paste.

Masha Allah. We just need to have the determination right.

Aaa, I see. I've been looking for new ways to cook chicken spicy but not so because both my parents cannot stand too much heat but they still want that bit of kick in their meals. Oh well. I'll keep on searching and experimenting then.

Yes, indeed. Cooking is simple, and an absolute delight when people are happily eating what we've prepared. And eating together, that's one of life's pleasure too, alhamdulillah. :3

Assalamualaikum.
Can I ask a question about what's actually wrote on your shirt? Just to fill in my curiosity. Never mind if you find my question is offensive thus you don't need to answer. But if you answer, it insya Allah helps me a lot.Syukran.

Salamu'alaykum Sister Farahdina.

I have no problem whatsoever to answer your question as to satisfy your curiosity.

It says on my t-shirt; "Jesus and Muhammad (SAW), Brothers in Faith. "

This simple t-shirt which carries beautiful message of Islam has often been misinterpreted and I never got the chance to walk calmly with this t-shirt but to be stared at obnoxiously.

If only they have the courage as you have Sister Farahdina.

Allah yubarrik fik.
