Assalamu'alaykum,Sun rises in the east, a fine dawn emerges, tranquilizing atmosphere pervading both above and below sphere, an extraordinary ebullient apperceived, a soothing Takbir overheard, hence submission begins in a day full of pleasure. A night before a new crescent was discovered, remarks the end of holiest month of Ramadan. With over 1.2 and 1.6 billion followers of Islam around the world, everyone puts on their best, luxurious permissible adornments and beautiful clothes ever for this auspicious day. Kids peregrinating excitedly here and there, mothers busy at the kitchen preparing the Ketupat, Lemang, Nasi Impit and all the scrumptious season meals ever to be served on the table exclusively for this momentous day, fathers start to count their money that have to be divided to their children and guests. Basically, Muslims all over the world rejoice inexpressibly celebrating the victory day of 'Eid al-fitr, after restraining themselves from indulging into lustful activities and thanking Allah for giving the endurance to go through such challenging month.
During this glorified and blessed day, it is highly advisable for Muslims to make Ghusl (take a bath), wear one's best clothes and, for gentlemen, to wear aromatic perfume before going to Salat al-Eid.
Ibn al-Qayyim said: "the prophet (p.b.u.h.) used to wear his best clothes for the Eid prayers and he had clothes that he reserved for the two Eids and Jumuah."Jaabir (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had a jubbah that he would wear on Eid and on Fridays.”
(Saheeh Ibn Khuzaymah, 1765).
1 Syawal, is prescribed as a glorious day in Islamic calendar and it is forbidden to fast on that day as it appears to be a day of appreciation by Allah for all Muslims across the globe for fasting one-month solely for Him. Even Muslims are ought to eat at least dates in accordance to the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) before proceeding for the 'Eid prayer.

Allah says: "you should complete the prescribed period and then you should glorify Allah (i.e., say takbeer) for having guided you so that you may be grateful to him." the form of takbeer is related by 'umar and ibn mas`ud: "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, la illaha illallah. Allahu Akbar. Allahu Akbar wa lillahil-hamd."
Solat-ul-'Eid-al-Fitr is an obligatory prayer before the 'Eid Khutbah offered in the early morning of 1st Syawal after the sun has risen where Muslims gather in the Masjid and pray in congregation. It consists of 2 Raka'ah and the the opening supplication is followed by seven Takbirs in the first raka`ah. Likewise, the Takbir when reaching to the second raka`ah is followed by another five Takbirs. `It was reported from ‘Aa’ishah: the Takbeer of al-Fitr and al-Adhaa is seven in the first rak’ah and five in the second, apart from the takbeer of rukoo’.
(Reported by Abu Dawood; saheeh by the sum of its isnaads)
After the powerful mummer of Takbirs, one should utter ta`awwuth and basmalah.
This is followed by reciting al-Fatihah, which is a required pillar in every rak`ah of every prayer.
This is followed by reciting Surat Qaaf (50) in the first rak`ah, and Sooratul-Qamar (54) in the second. As it is an optional, one may recite: Suratul-A`laa (87) in the first, and Sooratul-Ghashiyah (88) in the second.
Alhamdulillah. At last, we are all able to reach this day of glory under Allah's permission. In my country Malaysia, usually Muslims will be going back to their respective villages one or two days before 'Eid and there are situated miles away from the city and in this atomic era, surprisingly people have their village in the middle of the city. Every family member will gather after performing the 'Eid prayer and offer an apology for all the wrongdoings that they have committed throughout the year while shaking hands and it is brought further when meeting friends and relatives. The same thing I strongly believe happening in every country where Muslims are jubilating for 'Eid. Islam urges its followers to instill the spirit of brotherhood, forgiveness and affection and it is during this significant moment that we can see tears of forgiveness and compassion rolling down their cheeks.

This year will be my first time celebrating 'Eid in Qatar, away from my beloved family. I am so excited to experience 'Eid here!.
Apart from that, I, Muhamad Nabil Farabi bin Shaker hereby offer my hands with an abundant of apologies to my Babah and Ummi, my siblings, my teachers and all my acquaintances for my wrongdoings. I am a Muslim, a normal human being who is not impeccable, immaculate and infallible but rather inclined to make mistakes periodically. Hence, it is on my duty again, to ask for your forgiveness for all of my penetrative words, intolerant behaviours and annoying hospitality that I have ever served you with. May Allah bless our soul and escalate it at the highest level. Let's forgive and forget!.

'Eid Mubarak!.
