Assalamu'alaykum,
I have registered 5 core subjects:
- Psychological Statistics
- Personality Psychology
- Developmental Psychology
- Psychology of Learning
- Research Methods
and one optional Islamic subject:
- Islamic Ethics
I know, the moment I added all the subjects 5 months ago, I will be engrossed with piles of assignments, researches, interviews and all the indispensable reading materials that I have to study, comprehend and mull over.
Life has been a little bit galvanic. Especially after I got back in IIUM, I find myself living in 'agitation' as I am really shy and somehow afraid to meet my friends after months I have been away and now they are all chasing me. The first day I got back in, I met my Palestinian friends and they were so elated to see my face and the day after I met my Kashmiri friends and that is how it goes until now and I am pretty sure in the upcoming few days there will be some more ambuscades (ambushes) and sessions of interrogation as everyone is curious to know more about my experiences back in Morocco.
This situation at times happens to be gladdening, at times not. Well, I guess it depends on your self-disposition whether you are ready or not to face the society. Right after I landed in Malaysia, I have been fettering with this feeling of commotion meaning to say, I feel not more than mildly uncomfortable to see the society because of the anticipations the people have and I know it is just me, as always, take things sometimes too seriously. May Allah make everything easy for me to go through. Amin
I do make friends with people coming from different countries, having distinct thoughts, spilling out unheard opinions and it all brings to a heterogeneous cross-talk and this just makes my life even more happier. Subhan Allah. I missed them so much.
Apart from that, I am trying my best to speak English back as often as I did before. Arabic is now my topmost favourite language and English goes second. How does it happen? Learn Arabic and you shall know.
May Allah bless all of you my beloved readers insha Allah. Pray to Him, He listens, believe me, He does.
